Wistful thinking
Previously: A man and his gonk
"Tokkat! We've got company. Thleek siz!"
The alarm in Wimbo's voice brought Tokkat running. Two tiny, brightly glowing sparks were swiftly orbiting the head of Tokkat's assistant, causing the Ewok to totter dangerously close to the platform's edge.
"Wow! Wisties!" Tokkat had heard stories about the diminutive fairy folk that called Endor home, but had never met any himself. Some Ewok tribes were known to use the being as non-lethal ranged weapons, keeping enemies like Duloks or gorax at bay.
The two creatures, glowing fiercely red, turned their attention to Tokkat. He stood his ground and raised his hands as they buzzed around him - eventually alighting on his shoulders. He listened closely to the tiny voices near his ear.
It was hard to understand what they conveyed - something about strange men snooping around the wreckage of the Death Star - not the normal Imperials types, mind you, but other offworlders marked with triple triangles.
That didn't make much sense to Tokkat. What was crystal clear though, was the Wisties request for help. Would Tokkat help them find the remainder of the Wistie tribe that had vanished shortly after reporting the strange men? How could he say no?

Nice little scene. It would be nice with a few more photos, to understand the layout.
