Effect: In Fleet Battle: the Combat Rating of enemy ships are reduced by 2.
Upgrade - Class 4 Hyperdrive
Effect: Increase Fleet speed to 3.

History: Originally commissioned on Blybos, the FleetName has been stationed in the Trailing Sectors to provide security to Republic interests. Captained by former Alliance office Barria Holder, the Fleet has defeated pirates in several smaller engagements.
