[Character/Creature] Rodals

Rodals are a non-sentient species, native to the planet Giju. They are a quadrupedal mammal, with a horse-like stance and hooved feet. Male rodals have two large horns present on the back of their head, while female rodals are distinguishable by a large beard and a distinctive set of four smaller horns. The species is predominantly domesticated, with animals being kept for a multitude of purposes, including transport, racing, farm-work and even cavalry duties, though these have been supplanted by speeders and their current military role is largely ceremonial. Many herds of wild Rodals do remain on the planet, as well as on nearby systems moons were they have been taken and released by sentient species.
