[Sticky] Read Before Posting

Welcome!

This forum exists for players to post contributions to the official canon of Star Wars Factions. 
Star Wars Factions usually aligns with the current state of Star Wars canon, but there's plenty of room for creative interpretation, new creations, and bringing things in from Legends. This forum will also help organize our lore so that players can get a better grasp on events unique to this game's galaxy.

Posts in this forum should be written like short lore entries, the kind you'd see on Star Wars Databank or in a video game. Ideally, they should be pretty succinct, with no more information than is necessary. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO POST TO THIS FORUM TO CREATE THINGS. You're entirely free to create things at any time you want. However, if you post them here and they're approved, they'll be canon to the setting, including for other players. 

One of the main uses of this forum will likely be to establish canonicity for interpretations of planets that have no canon description. 

Tag your posts appropriately: Planet, Character, Event, Organization.

If the Lore is based on a Factions Entry, please link the Factions entry in the post. If it's from Season 1, consider reposting it to the Legacy forum before creating the Lore Post, so it's more readily accessible.
