Lynus walked in silence, watching the muddy ground intently, trying to find the Breeps tracks. Korynn wandered behind him, muttering something. When Lynus asked him for help with the Breep, he expected many things, like milking them (like a bantha) or shearing their wool. Tracking down runaways, however, was definitely not on the list.
The path they were hiking along was narrow, surrounded by bushes and unusually small trees. It suddenly began to steeply climb. Korynn caught up with Lynus and pointed to the top.
"I heard something. Something between, uh, a bleat and uuuh an oink."
Lynus nodded. "I heard it as well. It's them, I'm sure. They're, er, probably up there." he said and pointed up the hill.
"Let's go check it out then!" laughed Korynn and helped Lynus up.
They weaved through a tangle of trees and stood on a muddy plain, immediately spotting the fluffy runaways, feeding on purple bushes.
"What are they eating?" asked Korynn.
Lynus thought about it for a second, deeply examining the plants. "Those would be, er, Cappages. They grow only, er, high up here. It's the breep's natural food."
"And… when was the last time they ate it?"
"That would be a few months now. They were probably missing it." contemplated Lynus.
"In that case we should take a few of them with us, that way the breep won't have a reason to run away again." proposed Korynn and looked at Lynus.
Lynus, who slowly came over to one of the breep, murmured something in response, seemingly an agreement. Korynn then took a stick and started rounding up the breep…
