Dumpster divers on Aesolian
An influx of refugees to Aesolian has overwhelmed local infrastructure. The latest arrivals, a group of Khil with nothing more than the clothes on their backs, especially struggled. To make ends meet, some Khil took to raiding rubbish piles for scraps of food to supplement the meagre supplies provided by the local Resettlement Board.
