A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.
Ask any pilot and they'd tell you that wading ankle deep into The Akkadese Maelstrom was a death wish. Only the best had any hope of braving the storm, and even then the odds were slim. Thus, it was strange then that a top of the line Imperial Carrier found itself moored deep within the violent stellar phenomenon.
Battered but unbroken, the carrier weathered the intense cosmic winds, devoting its powerful array of sensors fully towards combing through the mess of void and particles swirling around the thick soup that enveloped the craft. A traitor among them had tried stealing vital intel from the Maw installation, utilizing a stolen experimental tie variant for their getaway. It's no surprise then that the Maelstrom swallowed them whole. Still, there was paperwork to be filed, and procedure to be followed. Thus the crew of The Deliverance found itself hunting for the wreckage, a task that would have been comparable to a needle in haystack, if not for the blackbox's faint signal.
Regardless, none of this mattered to Flight Baron Fraukt. He Lived for the Empire, he died for it, and he got back up again for it. He gave it all and these days there's very little left of himself to give.
Fraukt didn't bother himself with trivialities such as love or comradery. Other pilots found his presence unsettling, and his mannerisms stiff and droid like. Still the cyborg did his duty, and his superiors commended him for his loyalty, perhaps one of the few redeeming qualities that hadn't been cut out. That, and his unmatched skill in the cockpit.
Okay! First post on the forums here, here's my SCS character, Baron Fraukt. Took a lot of inspiration from Shen from star wars squadrons. Plus I'm gonna give him the printed arms from the skeleton costume minifigure once I actually get it in hand. Hopefully I formatted all of this correctly, and I look forward to posting more content in the future.
