With the Republic Summit on the horizon, galactic politics were abuzz. Every system prepared senators for a month of meetings that might determine their direction for years to come. It was an important time to make an impression.

Long a peaceful and prosperous planet, the nobility of Naboo often looked for worthy causes of which they might become generous benefactors. The Followers of the Force were a welcome political friend in the halls of Theed, thanks to old alliances. The Naboo nobility had a particular way they liked to do things, but no one was more persuasive or charismatic than Jalus Quinn. Quinn worked as an informal organizer for the Followers. A warrior in his own right, he was clever, quick-witted, and bold. Although young, he had years of service in politics to draw on, as a revolutionary, a thinker, and an elected official. He had a talent for pushing people to action.

Quinn and his apprentice stood in the courtyards of Theed, speaking to the planet's representatives to secure Naboo support for the Free Systems Refugee Initiative, a program created to help people enslaved by the Empire and driven off their planet to find a new start. The humans and Gungans listened carefully, and after brief debate, returned with their final decision.

Senator Tarso folded his hands.

"Weesa is believin' you 'bout the sufferin's of deesa people. Weesa decide—weesa would like to help."

In the end, the Followers secured the commitment they were looking for, and more. Quinn's passion was infectious—the Naboo declared their desire to become champions of the Galaxy's displaced themselves. Solemnly, Senator Nauné promised to spread the word about the Initiative on Chandrila.

"Even after all these years, it is no secret that people around the galaxy still face enormous challenges. Our beautiful planet has leagues of open land, and both we and the Gungans have strong infrastructure. We may pass on our years of abundance and peace as a gift to those in need. We will take as many as we can. And as for the other worlds . . . Naboo shall join with you to make them listen, Mr. Quinn."

So many great Naboo details! I really appreciate, when builders take their time to study concept art, or for Naboo (Battlefront II map). It really pays off! 🤩
