(Flashback LTC) Betrayal on Cloud City

A PRETTY BAD DAY. Things aren't going well for Jun. First, he was abandoned by a girlfriend, after he confided in her about his past as a Jedi. Then, he wakes up to even more bad news: the Empire is taking control of Cloud City.

Grabbing nothing but the essentials, he rushes to escape, only to come face-to-face with a fearsome bounty hunter: the brutal and precise SIDAS TIVAR. This isn't their first meeting, but knowing that his most recent ex is responsible for Tivar finding him makes it all a bit worse. His pounding hangover doesn't help.

Jun and Tivar are polar opposites: where Jun is laid-back and flexible, Sidas Tivar may as well be a machine. A sharp cloak sits on top of a perfectly tailored tunic, and any organic flaw is concealed beneath a dark mask. His attention to detail goes beyond his clothing—Jun would be his fourth Jedi kill.

"Wonderful to see you again," Tivar says, in a deceptively light, clipped voice. "Make no mistake; this meeting will be our last."

Jun lets out a long sigh. Some luxury trip this turned out to be. He should've known better than trust an advertisement from Lando Calrissian.

"Fine," Jun says, dropping his pack. "Just tell me this: was it the girl?"

"Are you surprised?"

Jun feels his heart sink, but he cracks his neck, shakes his head to try and clear some of the hangover, and drops his center of gravity.

"Forget about it." His lightsaber jumps from his belt into his hand, and instantly ignites in a brilliant blaze of blue. "Let's do this."
