[Flashback LTC] Doubling Efforts

As the Empire struggled to gather the necessary resources for a second moon-sized battle station, various contractors were brought in to supplement the work. The Velcar Free Commerce Zone, who had worked closely with Grand Moff Tarkin to gather resources to construct the first Death Star, sent Gregor Raquoran to meet with several anxious Imperial officers. Gregor may have appeared oblivious, but he could tell that these officers' necks were on the line from the top levels to have the station operational. A weakness this shrewd businessman would be sure to exploit.
