After hours of walking, a Jedi padawan comes across a memorial site in the middle of nowhere. Once it was a lush village, now a sad, gloomy graveyard. Cairns and tombstones. Perhaps a cry for forgiveness from the countless victim's murderers or maybe something left by the survivors, a token of love.
The Jedi stops and looks around him, small stacks of stones everywhere around him. He closes his eyes and takes a deep breath, his rebreather beeps. Both the Jedi and the world around him quiet down. His whole body tingles and a cold feeling runs down his spine, as if something were watching him. This place has a strong presence in the Force, he contemplates.
He sits and utters a short prayer, then reaches into his satchel and pulls out a rock, He wander about a bit and then sets it down in the dusty ground. He bows slightly, says goodbye and continues hiking towards his goal.
