It had been some years since the devastation of the Rebel base on Hoth. With the flame of rebel hope snuffed out, the Hoth system was now just a cold wasteland.
Reports had reached the Imperials that there had been salvagers plundering the former battlefield. And so troops have been sent to scout out the landscape and ensure looters are shot on sight.
However, the troopers soon found out these reports could not have been accurate. Many rebel bodies remained as they had fallen, mummified by the harsh weather. In fact, most of the battlefield had been preserved, with turrets, munitions, and supplies scattering the snow. A chilling memorial to the war.

Amazing build! I love the use of the Darth Vader grey head for the mummified pilot!

I wish you added a few more photos of the vehicle, because it is really great. It is a feat to recreate SW vehicles in LEGO, but coming up with new vehicles that fits the SW universe is really creative! I really want to credit you for the research, and creative proces that goes ahead of building. Well done!

Thank you! I had meant to add some more pictures in a spoiler tag but forgot at the time. I have added them now. I appreciate the feedback, it was fun fitting in new vehicle while trying to keep the Star Wars aesthetic!
