* Hologram transmission from Mari Kosan and Choyyssyk, Kashyyyk Resistance. *
"Never before have so many villages sat empty, but the Wookiees are people of endurance and pride—they bend, but never break. We believe their strongest days are ahead. Years ago, I came here with Saw Gerrera's Partisans. Even after Saw abandoned Kashyyyk as a lost cause; we stayed. We earned the Wookiee's trust. Now is your chance to do the same.
Kashyyyk is not yet free.
We see signs, dark omens every day—the Wyyyschokk are coming further out of the shadowlands to search for prey, driven out of their hunting grounds by something, something worse than them. Wookiees disappear every night. We found the blood of a Shyyyo bird splashed across the forest floor, harpoon lines and blast points all around.
Tarfful and I believe the threat is deep within the shadowlands, hidden by the natural roots. An Imperial hold out? Trandoshan slavers? We don't know yet.
The Freedom Fighters exist for moments like these. You are all sufferers, and liberators, just like the tribes. The Wookiees helped push the Empire out of the galaxy during the Rebellion; prove they can count on you in their time of need.
Help us uncover the evil hiding in the shadowlands. We'll see you on Kashyyyk soon."
A squad of Freedom Fighters arrive on Kashyyyk to help the Wookiees fight off the last of the Imperial stragglers. Meeting them are the head of the Wookiee resistance effort: Choyyssyk and Mari Kosan. Recent intelligence points to Imperial labs left deep in the Shadowlands and the evil experiments inside. Somehow, the remnant is controlling the native creatures, forcing them to follow orders, to bring back prey from the shores.
If Kashyyyk is ever to be truly free, they must venture into the shade of the deep jungle. They must find the roots of this darkness.
I did this whole post on my phone, wow! I can't believe it works this well.

Great work, I really like the figures and a very nice tree and boat!
A relatively small scene, but packed with details and texture! Especially enjoying the water-to-beach transition and wave effect.
One question though - why the black border is only from two sides?
