On the former imperial planet Wroona, rumours spread that some imperial remnants took shelter in an old base hidden in the desert.

As Yuam’s crew was guarding a smuggler to Kira, he received intelligence about an Imperial supply convoy en route to a secret outpost on Wroona. The convoy was carrying valuable Imperial technology and credits, enough to fund his operations for months.

Yuam, a pirate in heart and soul, knew how to take advantage of every situation, so he set cruise to Wroona and awaited their arrival.

When the convoy arrived, he launched a feint attack with the purpose to put a tracker on one of the cargo ships. He succeeded and fled, making it look like a failed ambush.

Yuam now knew the coördinates of the outpost by following his tracker, so when the convoy left, he crossed the desert with some banthas that he had hired from a local Wroonian. In this way he was invisible for the radars on the base that could pick up any sign of ships.

The base wasn’t anything like he had thought. It was just a small restant of what the empire ever was, with only walls as defense. The ambush would be easier than expected…

Great base design and the whole terrains flows into it really well!

Lovely base, with wonderful angles and lettering and that really feels like it was built into the terrain. The rockwork, especially in the middle between the two parts of the base, are excellent. A couple light criticisms - just to the left of the door, the rock sticks in front of the wall in a way that doesn't seem natural. Also, this doesn't really feel like Wroona, which is described as a "blue planet... [with] blue-sand coasts."
