Officially, ARGO Industries deployed an exploration team to the ruins of an ancient Hutt stronghold under the banner of cultural preservation and academic sponsorship, citing the expedition as part of a broader Outer Rim heritage initiative. The public narrative emphasized the importance of recovering historical artifacts and architectural records before local scavengers stripped the site bare. Behind this façade, however, ARGO’s true objective lay deep beneath the crumbling palace walls—rumors of long-lost encrypted datacores once belonging to Jabba the Hutt himself. These datacores, if recovered, could contain a trove of sensitive information: covert financial dealings, black-market arms transfers, and Imperial intelligence exchanges conducted during the height of the Galactic Civil War—material that could reshape current power dynamics if decrypted and leveraged.
The wind howled off the cliff face as Laron Valis crouched against the cold stone wall, the rusted durasteel of the Hutt castle just meters above. Dust and bits of gravel slid underfoot as he shifted, peering over the edge of the narrow shelf they’d climbed to. Beside him, ArgoSec Officer Bren Tallo checked the charge on his blaster carbine for the third time, his expression tight below his cap.
"They should’ve signaled by now," Laron muttered, wiping sweat from his brow despite the chill. “The Twis was supposed to cause a distraction ten minutes ago.”
Tallo gave a low grunt. “No movement up top. Nothing. Either they ran into trouble... or someone tipped off the guards.”
"There shouldn’t be guards," Laron hissed, keeping his voice low. "This place was supposed to be picked clean years ago. A ruin. No one spends credits to hire Gamorreans unless something worth guarding is left."
Tallo tapped the edge of his visor. "Or unless someone finally figured out what Jabba buried here. Those mercs weren’t hired for show."
Laron narrowed his eyes at the wall above. "Which means we’re closer than we thought. And we’re not the only ones digging."

Had to rush a bit to get this uploaded. This was a difficult build and I think I got some learnings for building round buildings. Might give it another shot sometime soon. 🙂

Took heavy inspiration from this concept art.

I really enjoy the stories' setup! The coverup of the heritage initiative is rather convincing and the way it is written reveals lots about ARGO's more honest intentions. And, of course, the build is wonderful as well! The colors all look great and work in tandem together, the posing of the figs is wonderful and full of movement! I would've loved to see the Twi'leks' jump included in the main set of photos even. Wonderful work!
