[K20 - Terminus - AE] AT-ME walker

• The all terrain medium enforcer walker was originally conceived during the height of the Empire, designed to fill the technological and tactical gap between the AT-ST and the legendary AT-AT. However it met the same fate as several other Imperial projects at the time, just like the versatile TIE defender the AT-ME had its funding diverted towards a larger and more sinister project. One emperor is replaced by another though and now Emperor Ashlon desires this multifaceted death machine for his own Imperial remnant. Using the industrial planet of Daimla, the emperor’s wish is now fulfilled and the newest unit in Ashlon’s vast war machine comes stomping off the assembly line ready to decimate any who would oppose them. 

The AT-ME features two modular hard points on either side of the cabin, standard attachments include anti personnel cannons operated by the pilot, and a multi-grenade launcher capable of supporting several munition types. The main weapon of the walker is an underslung medium cannon, capable of taking on a wide variety of ground targets including infantry and fortifications. The legs feature full articulation and give the AT-ME the mobility of a scout walker with strength and stability comparable to that the AT-AT. The AT-ME has a crew of two, a pilot and commander/co-pilot. The walker’s reactor is located behind the hip gyroscope and leg mounting, balancing the walker and keeping the pilots safe from any long term radiation exposure.
