The locals on Rutan are protesting. After we set up some mining sites and based around the planet, the natives aggresively tried to stop our operations there. Any resistance was struk down hardly as a deterent example. As we began to ship out the first deliveries, some local Rebels stole multiple of them. In this action, we increased the safety measures on Rutan and requested more personal and vehicles to decrease these incidents.
