Although the war was over the job was not. There were still Imperial remnants, system warlords and raiders taking advantage of the lull after the final battles that sealed the Empire's fate.  Third Fleet must continue to keep its ships and teams ready to go at a moment's notice no matter the time or place or rookie's fire starting mistakes.
