"Gav! The nerfs are out again!"
Gav groaned. He had just gotten back from the outer pastures and was just about to get a refreshing glass of jogan fruit juice, when his comlink chirped angrily at him. What was the point in having a herding droid if it constantly let the nerfs escape?
H3R-D was supposed to be a state of the art farming droid. Optical readers that could analyze the health of livestock? Check. Durasteel chassis that could withstand a raging rancor? Check. Omni-directional, all-terrain rolling suspension? Check. An electric prod with enough kick to put a wampa on its wumpus? Double check. The only problem was, somehow, H3R-D had gotten an unfortunate bug in its programming.
Gav sighed as he put down his cup. The jogan fruit juice would have to wait. He walked into the compound and approached the culprit.
"Herdy, we can't keep doing this. This is the third time this week! I know you don't like it, but you've got to keep the nerfs in!"
The droid rolled back and forth a few inches, anxiously.
"Oh Master Gavin, I know, I know! But the sounds they make when they get zapped... it pulls on my circuits so! I just can't do it!"
Of all the foibles a droid could have, why did he have to get the one that didn't want to hurt animals? Well, there was no use sitting around complaining about it.
"Come on Herdy, let's round 'em up. No, you don't have to use your prod. Just... Nudge 'em or something. You know it's market day in Tabannas, and Jormi and Tora are counting on us to make sure they've got something to feed the old folks."
Gav climbed back on to his speeder. It was going to be another long day.
This is a nice little build, but I can't help but think the lighting is holding it back so much. A natural lighting would elevate the scene greatly!

I like the droid, the build is fine. I would have loved to see more coherent colors and textures for it
