(Episode II - Balmorra) The Hulk

FIELD REPORT, Sgt. Fenri Kel, Balmorra

"Landing went fine, we're arming the locals as we go, sabotaging infrastructure, made our way to the core group who sent the distress signal. The Remnant operation is a big one. They're making droids alright, huge ones, biggest battledroids I've ever seen. And we're about to get a first-hand demonstration of what they can do; the stormtroopers tripped an alarm before Carler could shut it down. Now, we don't have the ordnance to bring it against these things, but the locals...they've got something up their sleeve. This tinkerer, Zapidi, he stole one of the SD-11 droids and the laborers have been making modifications in an old garage. They call it a--what? An OADV. "Organic-Assisted Droid Vehicle". Some of them call it a "Hulk". Not to mince words, it's a...a wardroid piloted by an organic. Droid brain assists, but the organic does the heavy cerebral lifting. The factory-standard SD-11's are big and tough, but slow and dull. So Zapidi's idea, this partnership, gives it the kind of reaction time and combat abilities that most droids this size couldn't dream of. We gotta hope it gives us the edge we need. They're on their way now."

FIELD REPORT, CONT.
"Alright, we're just waiting on extraction from the Peace and Quiet. We wouldn't have made it without the Hulk, it did its job. Man, you have to see it to believe it. This thing wiped the floor with its brothers and sisters. Debrief: mission successful. The locals are liberated, the Remnant's running off, tail-between-legs, wardroid production is shut down.
Some of the workers are joining up with the Federation, they'll become colonists with the next wave. Zapidi is one of 'em. Can't wait to see what he cooks up next. Plenty are staying, though--the rumor is that the New Republic is going to make things better around here. Hope that's true. Ready to breathe clean air again. Sgt. Kel, out."
