The subject, while initially uncooperative has begun to reveal more to interrogators. He claims to be a “pilot” for the Hutt Cartel. The Hutt Lord, Pazda Desilijic Tiure sent him to Kijimi to investigate rumours of a security firm based on the planet. His master suspects this firm is behind weapons shipments to Sriluur, the Weequay’s home world. His mission was to gather intelligence and return to Pazda with his findings.

With your permission, I would like to begin reprogramming the subject for ‘Operation Blue Bolt’ immediately. If we are successful in creating false memories in the subject, we may be able to embed him back into the Hutt Cartel without much suspicion. As you know, we have struggled to find a way into their organisation thus far. In order to ensure we plan for all contingencies and that his cover story is airtight, I am suggesting a timeline of 5 months:
