Fresia's Coromon Islands were often wracked by storms, leaving only sandy scrub for ground cover along the coasts, and scouring away paint. The stout, near-industrial external appearance of the Incom company townhouses betrayed nothing of the luxurious interior, but they ensured that, with the hatches battered down, the inhabitants could ride out any storm.
Powerful lights are set into the lowest columns, which also house shield generators to ward off the worst waves - and the occasional flying tree.
Further up, climate control units ensure the humid saltwater air dosen't corrode the buildings, or their contents.
With no recent storms, the brick path leading up to the Incom starfighter plant was clear, periodically swept of sand by cleaner droids.

I love the outer wall. You've managed to walk the strict and narrow line of adding texture and greebling that seems realistic, without overdoing it! Well done!
