[P17 - Zhar - FZ] Go Fast

Outer Rim – Cadavine Sector – Zhar system – Upper Atmosphere of Zhar.

Originally developped on Bespin for some lucrative deals of tibanna gaz, this Cloudrunner also delights its users on Zhar. Here, a go fast, pitting a Cloudrunner manned by Raint DAMAHD and a Tie Fighter/ln from Gall base.

The Cloudrunner is a very basic unarmed atmospheric aircraft with no active device at all (no life support, no shields, no sensors) and it is often jury-rigged because of the corrosiveness of the gazes, it relies only on the pilot skills and a prerecorded holographic course leading to the point of rendez-vous with a space freighter awaiting its precious cargo far beneath the clouds of Zhar. Once the loading is over, the freighter leaves, accelerates inside the atmosphere and jump into hyperspace just after leaving the clouds cover. The goal of the Ties is to spot and reach the Cloudrunner before it can join with the smuggler. And it’s a real challenge because of the poor atmospheric capabilities of the Tie/ln (which is rather designed for space superiority) and the numerous electromagnetic interferences created by the close proximity of Kile and Gall.
