Raids on Delrakkin

Ashlon troopers were sent on Delrakkin to establish a foothold and ensure imperial dominance on the planet. Completely underestimating the locals’ willingness to fight occupation, the troopers only lightly fortified their quarters, expecting wild animals to be the only danger.However in the dead of night this proved fatal, local militia raided the encampments. They easily cut through the barbed wire or simply jumped over it with their trained mounts. The few guards staying up were quickly taken out before they could even sound the alarm.
