On a dusty market in Mos Espa, between droid parts and old scrap, they stumbled upon the compass. The vendor, wrinkled, toothless and far too curious, wanted a few credits for it and claimed the device once belonged to Jabba the Hutt. He said it would lead directly to Jabba’s lost treasure.
They took the deal. What did they have to lose?
The compass guided them, not north, but across sectors, all the way to Ylesia. There, deep in the jungle, it suddenly fell silent in front of an overgrown ruin.
They carved a path through the underbrush, hacking through towering vines and slippery terrain until they finally reached the structure. It looked unremarkable, ancient, and yet exactly right.
Beneath a floor tile, they uncovered four embedded symbols, each round, each marked with an hourglass in a different state of flow.
Next to the symbols, a warning was etched in ancient Huttese:
"Only those who know time shall know the way. From beginning to end, choose in the right order, or face the wrath of the Hutts."
The puzzle was clear: only by activating the hourglasses in the correct sequence, from full to empty, would the hidden mechanism unlock.
The treasure was waiting. Or something well-disguised as one.
