She trudged along the frosted city streets. The light sprinkling of snow traced faint outlines of her boots marking her path. Dim lanterns jutted out from the sides of buildings barely illuminating the wall it was hung from. The kijimi nights where harsh. Her stone grey poncho kept her a little warm but her navy blue jacket underneath did most of the work.
His back was faced towards her. Similarly to her he wore a long poncho with a hood covering the back of his head although his looked ancient. As he turned around she recognised the distinct snout of a Kubaz. she walked forward, as she did he seemed to know she was the one he had been waiting for. She approached him slowly. As she got close he outstretched and arm from beneath the worn poncho. In his hand he held a tiny data puck. Although it was rough and seemingly damaged she instantly recognised it as imperial production. She tried to grab it but the kubaz's hand was firm. From beneath the mask a muffled almost robotic voice began to speak "credits first" said the voice. She tried to argue but realised it wasn't worth it. Especially in this part of town where arguing over money was a surefire way to land yourself in unwanted trouble. She defeatly reached into her pocket and pulled out half a dozen shiny credits and placed it in his had. They seemed to glow and dance in the twilight shortly before being ripped away and placed somewhere beneath the Kubaz's poncho. He placed the data puck gently into her hand before they both walked away in opposite directions.
This is really accurate to Kijimi's live action depiction. The half pushed in tiles on the roof and floor makes for a great rickety effect. I think adding some effects to the lanterns would really elevate this build.
Great build!
