[Tournament - The Boonta Gauntlet - Ring of Champions] Sardicus the Spectre

"The Spectre wins again!" Cheers erupted throughout the arena as Sardicus stood proudly over his slain opponents.

A lifelong gladiator and fighter, Sardicus was a veteran in the pits. Equipped in flowing robes and cape, he moved like water. His attire resembled ancient, mystic monks of old, and some of his sponsors even speculated a connection to ancient religions, attributing Sardicus’s prowess to a higher power. Sardicus’s actions often reminded these sponsors that though they may attribute his abilities to a higher force, he was more grounded. Sardicus was not above taking off these flowing clothes when they proved to be a distraction and a hindrance against more experienced opponents.

In contrast to his dark attire, Sardicus’s skin was a pale blue, earning him the nickname of the Spectre. His weapons of choice were often melee weapons, usually a long vibro-knife and a cortosis-alloy spear. He rarely used ranged weapons, but when the need arrived he was willing to launch his spear like a javelin, piercing enemies with his strength. When doing this, he always kept his knife close at hand, never to be caught off guard.

Ruthless and lethal in the pits, not many knew him outside of them. True to his name as the Spectre, Sardicus was prone to disappearing after his fights. Left to his solitude to train and meditate, or so many thought.
