After years of industrial pollution and neglect Coruschal’s water systems were in desperate need of repair. As the New Republic began rebuilding the planet restoring access to clean water became one of the most important tasks.
Engineers worked around the clock to repair the aging treatment facilities, replacing damaged equipment and restoring systems that had been left to deteriorate for years. Contaminated water flowing in from Coruschal’s industrial districts was processed and treated before being distributed back to the communities that depended on it.
Much of the equipment was outdated, and years of neglect had left entire sections of the treatment facility in need of repairs. New Republic engineers worked alongside local workers, teaching them how to operate and maintain the upgraded systems so Coruschal could eventually manage its own water infrastructure.
For the people of Coruschal, rebuilding was about restoring the basic necessities of life. With clean water once again reaching communities across the planet, another important piece of Coruschal’s recovery was falling back into place.
