There's No Bravery on Trask
On Trask, fishermen knew better than to be brave. The sea rewarded caution and swallowed those who took chances. Everyone knew the open northern sea was no place for a sensible fisherman—but greed had a way of drowning out good sense. It was a hive of cowards, scum and villainy, and everyone there intended to stay alive.
The two fishermen stood frozen aboard their whaling skiff, staring at the enormous tentacles rising from the water beside them. Behind the boat, their third crewmate tumbled headfirst into the sea as something vast began to emerge from the deep, its shadow swallowing the waves.
The two men looked at each other.
Neither reached for the harpoon.
There was no bravery on Trask. Only survivors.

Inspired by some concept art I saw on Art Station. See below. The size limit, and the skiff being a bit too big meant I couldn't really get the perfect angle for the shot, but you get the intent I guess. 😉 Thanks for watching and let me know what you think. More photos below.
