While most of the NeuroSaav facilities on Tauber were buried beneath the tundra, they still required surface access. Small structures housing control towers and banks of turbolifts opened onto landing pads, where materials and personnel could be offloaded and the latest in medical technology shipped out.
It was through these access structures the New Republic stormed the occupied facilities. U-wings swept in, disgorging troops, then lifting off with prisoners from the Bacta Cartel's forces.
