[LTC-O12-Mimban-NR3F] Never Ending Conflict

For the Mimbanese the discovery of rich hyperbaride deposits was a truly terrible curse, that ushered the world in endless wars over past 30 years. First the Separatists, then the Empire, and now Mining Guild contractactors. Years of brutal warfare waged to protect their home has made the Mimbanese Liberation Army into capable and dangerous force, forcing the illegal miners to hire mercenary contigents for protection.

Tletko and his Shistavanen companion were two of the many mercenaries that found first hand out how competent the MLA was. The army operatives were not simply masters of guerilla warfare - they turned the mud fields and swamps of their homeworld into weapons. Combined with excellent understanding of tactics utilized by all major forces in the galaxy, they turned Mimban into impenetrable fortress. The two mercenaries ended the chase of the MLA fighter in the maw of giant snapping todoah - the apex predator of Mimban's swamp biome. A poetic metaphore of the fate that awaited all invaders aiming to exploit planet's riches.
