Dear readers, we have to start with the cheese. Gyndine was famous all across the galaxy for its cheese and Gyndinians would tell you this fact before they even would tell you their own names!

It was a cold, but sunny day on Gyndine. Ever since the Imperial Remnant had been driven out, even the weather seemed to have brightened up. A patrol of New Republic Fleet Troopers trudged the cobblestone streets, where heaps of snow were still lying on the ground. They passed a small cheese boutique. One of the troopers greeted the cheesemonger "Good day, good sir". The Mon Calamari barely looked up from the creamy slice he was savoring. He mumbled a short “Mmmph-hello” and waved a greeting to the troopers. Life was good on Gyndine. And the cheese? Absolutely delicious!

[I had not enough parts to build the cobblestone street across the whole width of the moc but tried my best.]
