High above the crowded streets and unrest of Tirac Munda lies the Golden Heights Estates, a district built for the planet’s elite. Towering residences, elegant architecture, and lush hanging gardens create an illusion of peace and prosperity far removed from the struggles of the lower districts. Here, merchant princes, corporate dynasties, and wealthy families live behind walls of polished stone and private security.
Luxury speeders glide between towering estates while servants, diplomats, and executives move through grand avenues untouched by the turmoil below. To outsiders, Golden Heights represents everything Tirac Munda claims to be: a thriving center of commerce and influence.
But beneath the wealth and beauty lies a darker reality. The same families who host galas and negotiate trade agreements have quietly built their fortunes through corruption, smuggling, and alliances with the criminal underworld.

Lieutenant Rheiker’s investigation into Tirac Munda’s criminal networks leads him away from the streets and into the highest levels of society. What begins as a search for smuggling routes reveals something far more dangerous: respected merchant houses are secretly financing pirates operating throughout the Hevvrol Sector.
The investigation reaches its climax during a lavish gala hosted by one of Tirac Munda’s most influential families, House Belnar of the Belnar Shipping Combine. Surrounded by dignitaries, merchants celebrate their success while secretly preparing their next wave of illegal operations.

Lieutenant Alexander Rheiker attends alongside Protectorate officials under the guise of strengthening commercial relations. Unknown to most guests, the evening serves another purpose entirely.

As music fills the grand hall and patio, protectorate tactical units quietly move into position outside the estate. The celebration is about to become an arrest operation.

Among the guests were the very figures the protectorate has been tracking: financiers of piracy, weapons smugglers, and corrupt officials hiding behind respectable titles. All members of the Conclave of Chains!

At Rheiker's signal, Security Patrol officers and Protectorate Security Apparatus agents move simultaneously across the estate district.

Using repurposed Tirac Patrol craft, the gala comes to an abrupt halt as armored officers and a cadre of Stormtroopers enter the estate, sealing every exit before arrest warrants are read aloud.

Private security forces attempt to resist, but are quickly disarmed.

Shocked guests watch as influential nobles, corporate executives, and merchant princes are escorted away in binders, while intelligence teams seize documents and freeze financial accounts. The operation unfolds with remarkable precision, ensuring that none of the conspirators escape.

The aftermath of the Golden Heights operation marks a turning point for the Protectorate’s presence on Tirac Munda. With the merchant houses exposed and their hidden connections to piracy brought to light, the criminal networks that once operated behind a façade of legitimacy have suffered a devastating blow.
Within the recovered estate, Lieutenant Rheiker receives recognition for his role in uncovering the corruption at the highest levels of Tirac Munda’s society. Special Envoy Aldik Braull of the Imperial Diplomatic Corps oversees the political aftermath, praising Rheiker’s efforts in strengthening the Protectorate’s position and eliminating another of its growing list of enemies.
Standing beside him is Commander Prestin, Rheiker’s direct superior, who personally commends the lieutenant for his exceptional performance throughout the campaign. The successful operation against the merchant princes, combined with his actions during the Ember District Riots, has placed Rheiker among the Protectorate’s most promising officers.
As the two officials congratulate him, Prestin hints that continued success may soon bring greater responsibilities, and a promotion that reflects the trust the Protectorate has placed in him. For Rheiker, however, the mission is not yet over. Tirac Munda may be more secure than before, but remnants of the chain remain to be stamped out…
