Stretching for hundreds of kilometers across the sulfur fields of Sarapin, the Drakast Pipeline carried rhydonium from mine sites in the south to the refineries in the north. It was the second pipeline to fill this particular role, the first had been destroyed by Sev’rance Tann’s droid forces during the Clone Wars. The new pipeline was more heavily defended than the original, with defensive installations increasing in frequency as it neared the refineries; if the New Republic were to attack, it would not be destroyed so easily.
