THE PIRATE COLLECTIVE


Fractious groups vie for control of the galaxy. In the aftermath of the destruction of the DEATH STAR II and the death of the EMPEROR no single power has taken control. The descendants of the REBEL ALLIANCE and GALACTIC EMPIRE still continue their civil war across the stars.

Existing on the periphery, a conglomeration of pirates, bandits and mutineers have formed a tenuous union. Although as likely to fight each other then a common foe, together they now seek to establish themselves along the rich HYPERLANES of the galaxy.

As the other factions tear each other apart the PIRATE COLLECTIVE act amongst the now weakened governments. Crews of the various spaceships struggle and barter with each other and their network of gangsters for the sake of freedom and profit.

Hondo Ohnaka

The Pirate Collective are a new faction seeking to exert dominance over the trade lanes of the galaxy. The faction is made up of independent crews whose motivations are as diverse as the crews themselves, Here is some inspirations of what may constitute a member of the pirate faction.
- Smugglers and pirates who are driven for profit alone
- Mutineers of the New Republic tired of low pay, bad food and no leave.
- Former Imperials who now turn to banditry to survive
- Fences, gangsters and arms dealers who grease the wheels by bribing and reselling or bartering the stolen goods
- Degraded Imperial warlords who must now make contracts with the underworld to maintain power

Organization

Any player who creates a build of both the crew of a ship and the ship itself (in any scale) gains the rank of Captain

Any player who gains 50ip may select a suitable title of their culture to indicate their elevated position and power such as (but no limited to) Commodore, Archon or Warchief

Any player who has 150ip or more may select a suitably grandiose title to reflect their massive contribution to the changing Galatic polisphere such as (but no limited to) Warlord, Pirate King or Grand Khan
